(AmBIENCe) was an H2020 project that aims to extend the concept of energy
performance contracting for active buildings and making the model
available and attractive to a wider range of building typologies.
AmBIENCe ended in May 2022.

ICCARUS project (Gent knapt op)
Improving housing Conditions for CAptive Residents in Ghent
(ICCARus) is an Urban Innovative Actions project aimed at renovating the
homes of captive residents of the city of Ghent in Flanders that are
stuck in low income, low quality housing. Through a revolving fund, these
citizens are supported and unburdened in their renovation journey.
Builthub
BuiltHub is a Horizon 2020 project that seeks to develop a roadmap
to continuously enhance the data needed to decide on building-related
policy and business for involved stakeholders through a community and its
data hub. It seeks to positively disrupt policy and market
decision-making through a continuously community-enhanced evidence base.

SURE2050
PadovaFIT expanded
Padova FIT Expanded is a Horizon 2020 project that is a
continuation of PadovaFit (2013-2017) in Italy. It focuses on developing
new one-stop shops in Romania and Bulgaria, based on the experiences in
Padova, Italy. These new one-stop shops will cater to the needs of all
private homeowners.

SUPRA
The Speed UP
Renovations through Accompaniment (SUPRA) project is focused on developing
one-stop shops for three partners (Leiedal, IGEMO, city of Ghent) in Flanders,
Belgium. These one-stop shops will offer an integrated approach by giving
advice to, guiding and following up homeowners throughout their renovation
journey. Each partner will hire 4 ‘Renovation Coaches’ to enable this

IBRoad
Individual Building Renovation Roadmaps (iBRoad) was a Horizon
2020 project aimed at developing an Individual Building Renovation
Roadmap for single-family houses. This tool looks at the building as a
whole, and provides a customised renovation plan (iBRoad-Plan) over a
long-term horizon (15-20 years). The project ended in December 2020.
Renonbill
Residential Building Energy Renovations with On-Bill Financing
(RenOnBill) was a Horizon 2020 project and aims to scale up investments
towards deep energy renovations of residential buildings by promoting the
development and implementation of on-bill schemes, based on the
cooperation between energy utilities and financial institutions.
RenOnBill ended in April 2022.
RHEDCOOP
The Renovatie en Hernieuwbare Energie Diensten via COÖPeraties
(Renovation and Renewable Energy Services through Cooperatives) or
RHEDCOOP project was an Interreg project that focused on developing
innovative Energy Servicing Companies (ESCo). They ran nine
demonstrations actions and brought together a consortium of (citizen)
energy cooperatives, civil society organisations, homeowners, knowledge
institutions, companies and governments. They bundled all their findings
a handy, free online course called the Coop-kit. It is available in Dutch
on our website under Courses. RHEDCOOP ended in December 2021.
Triple A
Triple A was an Interreg project aimed at accelerating the
adoption of low carbon technologies by homeowners. Under the Triple A
method, Awareness about low-carbon technology will be increased, its
Access will be secure and easy, and thus its Adoption will be increased.
Triple A ended in June 2021.
See2Do
See2Do was an Interreg project aimed at raising awareness about
energy efficiency among citizens through aerial thermographic scans and
best practices. The goal is to activate citizens by showing them what the
issues are and how to solve them. See2Do ended in February 2020.
FALCO
Financing Ambitious Local Climate Objectives (FALCO) was a Horizon
2020 project focused on bridging the gap between plan and reality by
bringing about financial solutions that will fuel ambitious local climate
action plans. Innovative financing options were developed and tested. It
ended in April 2022.
