City of Ghent
Ghent is the capital of the Flemish province of East-Flanders. It covers an area of 156.18 km² and has more than 259,000 inhabitants.
As a city, Ghent is committed to a climate-neutral policy. It helps the BE REEL! project by organizing various demonstration projects and pilot projects on its territory. With this, Ghent underlines its will and dedication to take measures that reduce the emission of greenhouse gases and thus achieve the energy and climate goals.
